How long we keep information

BIOCAPTIVA will not keep personal information for longer than we need to. Personal information held on our systems is reviewed at least annually and deleted once it is no longer required. If you request that we delete your personal data from our records, this will be carried out within 30 working days. Where personal information relates to a contract which we have provided for medical device- or IVD-related product(s) or services, information may be retained for a period of 15 years to satisfy regulatory traceability requirements.
